Hail you! Adobe Fresco!

After a very long gap, post maternal delivery, when you somehow find time for yourself and take your iPad to sketch, Adobe just fascinates you by launching Adobe Fresco.

Everytime I want to sketch something digitally and take out my iPad, I usually find myself spending much time in only one app, that is, Adobe Illustrator Draw

In my experience, I would say that this app turned out to be an awesome app to start with digital sketch. I love it so much for it to being Vector based. I zoom into the details and enjoy concentrating more. BUT, one feature, I was really missing in that for long time is that the lack of different variety of paints and variation in pencil pressure.

When I googled about it an year back, the only common option I could get is “Switch to Procreate App”

Being an Adobe fan, I was not able to get, much good experience with Procreate. There is an ocean of features in Procreate that I sometimes feel like I get lost, just trying understand and make use of the features — Pity me!
The context switching from Adobe draw to Procreate was not that easy for me. The comfort zone was missing. It troubles me more because Procreate is not Vector Based.

So, in little time I find for myself, I switch back to the very comfortable Adobe Illustrator Draw and continue sketching.

After 12 solid months, when I somehow make time to sketch, Adobe has fascinated me by the release of Adobe Fresco.

Wow! What an app and game changer for Vector based illustrations and paintings.

The features I felt was missing in Adobe Draw, has been brought by Adobe in form of new App Adobe Fresco.

‘It is Vector based’ — Yes!
‘It integrates features of Photoshop’ — Yes!!
‘It has different painting abilities (Oil, Watercolor)’ — Nice!
‘It has awesome pressure sensitivity with Apple Pencil’— Splendid!
‘It has ability to import brushes from other apps’ — Ahaan!
‘It has ability to export sketch from Adobe Illustrator’ — Vaarey vaa!
‘Of all the features, it has LIVE brushes for painting’ — Mindblowing!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Adobe!

Am happy that Adobe is back in the competition for digital painting application.

Here is my first experiment with Adobe Fresco!
